Plan: at least for some of the pictures, to draw directly with an ink pen, without using pencil. Given that you can't rub out (obviously) I did the initial drawing with a very fine pen, then then went over with a thicker pne and a very tick brush-type pen. The model was Angelique.

Ink on A4 card, 20 minutes. The initial sketch with a thin liner had to be done relatively quickly, followed by a thicker pen once I was fairly confident with the overall shapes, and then the brush marker for the hair. The cross hatching took a while!

Ink on A4 card. In this one you can see a bit more clearly the initial sketch done with fine liner. The pose was only 5 mins, so I had to be quick.

A4 pencil on card. I switched to pencil for this one. I wanted to focus on capturing Angelique's face. If I had more time then it would have been fun to do the detail in the plaits in her hair.

A4 ink on card, 5 minutes. Had to be super fast here.

Pencil on A4 card, 20 minutes. I was relatively close to the model, and it is always a challenge to get the whole figure in with this kind of pose.

Pencil on A4 card. Finished off the evening with some 2 minute poses.
